JZ’s BOOTCAMP
This course starts the first week in every month and there are 9 sessions available each week for you to participate in.
If you commit to the programme and participate in at least 4 sessions each week RESULTS are GUARNTEED…so come on….just DO IT!
The sessions include progressive work on the cardio machines, Sprint intervals and body weight exercises to strengthen the core.
Each exercise can be adapted for any age or fitness level. We have women in their 60’s training alongside men in their 30’s and everyone works hard to their own limitations.
These sessions are hard work, loads of fun and very challenging.
They burn fat, lose inches and strengthen the core.

- Tue/Wed/Thur 7.45pm
PRICE
- £25 for contract members
- £50 for Pay as you go members
- £85 for non members or £6.00 per session
