1.    Drink lots of cold water:

  • This helps fat burning
  • If dehydrated fat burning is reduced
  • Use a bottle and keep filling it all day

2.    Avoid fizzy and highly caffeinated drinks

3.    Excess sugars are stored as fat.

  • Avoid foods that contain large amount of sugars: chocolate bars, crisps, cakes, sweets etc
  • The body cannot process too much sugar and the excess is stored as fat.

4.    Food cravings:

  • These normally only last 20 mins so wait before eating.
  • Drink water

5.    Avoid processed foods:

  • These often contain high amounts of sugars and salts.
