1. Drink lots of cold water:
- This helps fat burning
- If dehydrated fat burning is reduced
- Use a bottle and keep filling it all day
2. Avoid fizzy and highly caffeinated drinks
3. Excess sugars are stored as fat.
- Avoid foods that contain large amount of sugars: chocolate bars, crisps, cakes, sweets etc
- The body cannot process too much sugar and the excess is stored as fat.
4. Food cravings:
- These normally only last 20 mins so wait before eating.
- Drink water
5. Avoid processed foods:
- These often contain high amounts of sugars and salts.
